Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Eligible Items
Most items are eligible for return or exchange, except:
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before returning items.
